If you are a chapter leader within the IABC Heritage Region or a member-at-large interested in regional leadership opportunities, now is the time to register for the 2019 Heritage Region Leadership Institute (RLI), timed with the 2019 Heritage Region Conference. We encourage each Heritage Region chapter to send at least one chapter leader to RLI this year.
